Im sitting in mcdonalds and a young woman from malachis school walks in with some of her family. Usually it would not phase me but then I was made aware by my sons that this same young lady was the one who was bullying my malachi. She is bigger than him and He refused to hit her and she is now back in the same school with him. Although she does not do the same as last year every once in a while she reminds him that she does not like him and that she beat him up last year. As a mom I am not a fan of the bullying and I have refrained from saying much unless school administration is present so that there is always a witness outside of my Lord himself, but there are some times when I feel that tug to get ghetto and I then have to call on the name of Jesus because I love my children, but I want God to be glorified in my life. So for now I will hold my peace and I will be sure to teach my children that some battles are best left in Gods hands to handle. There will be no Bronx/Jamaican coming out of me tonight or any other night in the name of Jesus. Amen.
