Im sitting in my craft room right now trying to finish a project but I cant place a certain thing I want. Why? Because I have too much crap in here. I dont know if its the fact that its been a long week for me or that Im extremely tired but I got to thinking. (And we all know that never ends well! ) Life is a lot like crafting. It can be fun, difficult, exiting, boring, easy, hard, etc. But I got to thinking of all the CRAP Ive accumulated over the years. The things I held on to because Id put effort and money into. Or the things I kept just because they pretty. Or the (and my craft friends will all know this one!) things I kept because *someday Ill use that or need it* So yeah, maybe the reason why I sometimes find it hard to move forward in life is the same reason I find it hard to move around my craftroom is because I cant let go of stuff. I know Im a physical hoarder but after the soul searching I did last week after losing my engagement ring for 24 hours Im wondering how many boxes of scrap paper and unfinished projects I carry around internally. Like I said, Im exhausted. So go easy! And wish me luck finding that piece of lace I need tonight!
