Im sitting in the Hilton overlooking the ocean w/ my lovely Dana. We just finished working with the finest group of coaches Ive ever seen in the fitness world-Trinity Fitness. Just reflecting on the last year: A state medalist in wrestling and finest HS football leader Ive ever seen- Nate Morales, 2 FHSAA qualifiers for state in WL- Nate and Matt Dinh, 6 young men on their way to USAW Nationals- Tank- Seth Allen, Alex Brennan, Joey Fisher, Dru Portell, Ryan DuChanois (Duke) Cory Salt, our lovely Lyndsey is a momma w/ her Navy husband in Japan, I made contact with one of my Old Recon friends, Chad is a Ranger, Mike is on his way to being a SF Green Beret, we have met and trained an awesome group of HITRON USCG pilots, Dave S is our first USMC officer, we helped give BJS an 11-1 football season, gained yet another Eagle Scout in Duke, Met Cross-fitters who really want to lift correctly (Steel Mill), actually turned a Seabee crossfitter into a real weightlifter (Was that hard!!!!!!) seen one of our best young men threatened to have his FB scholarship taken simply because he knows more than his coaches Nick Johnson, Daniel Traded to the Dodgers, Garrett Ruckel hit 83 bar jumps, continued our 8 year run of dropping 2/10ths of a second to the 60 yd dash. Spending more time at Hospitals and Doctors than ever imagined and seeing what good can come out of a football team in helping heal old wounds. What a year, so much in just one year. Buckle up and with Gods Providence- well have an even bigger one!
