Im sitting on my bedroom floor as Im getting ready to tackle another house project. And all of a sudden BAM I got emotional - out of no where. Thursday will be a month since I stepped down from my manager position and become a full time coach. There were so many emotions, fears and hesitations as we made this decision for our family and future. I wasnt sure if I could succeed. I wasnt sure if I could be the leader that my team needed. I wasnt sure if I could make this work. In 30 days we had 7 rank advancements on the team. And while to some that may be nothing, for our team that is HUGE! Does me quitting my job have anything to do with that happening? Im not sure but I do know that Ive been able to devote 100% of my time to them and I believe its showing. I know that stepping down was the best decision I could have made. Not only for me and my family but for my team as well. Dont be afraid of your dreams. Dont let fear steer you away. You never know what will become of it.
