Im slightly peeved! You can tell this because Im writing a lengthy post about it. I just want to say from the outset that I, in no way, wish to belittle or harass anyone from their freedom of expression or the way in which they choose to express their needs, values and opinions. So, bearing this in mind, I find a new trend rearing its ugly head here on Facebook. Those who make statements in their posts that others are possibly less of a person than they are. That a person might be annoying and irksome because of the way they choose to express themselves or, indeed, spend their leisure time. Im talking about those posts that make sweeping statements such as Omg! These posts are so annoying! How do you block them? You seriously feel the need to make this statement? Why? Everyone knows how to block posts on Facebook. So, if you dont like the way I choose to express myself and if you feel I am somewhat childish and immature because I play games on here then please feel free to unfriend me! I am who I am and my true friends love me for it. If there is something on Facebook that I dont want to see then I just block it. I dont feel the need to make a public statement of intent. No-one will know that Ive blocked it from my wall and I wouldnt want to make anyone feel any less about themselves because they do something that isnt my thing. They are an individual and, as such, have a right to the freedom of speech. Obviously, I dont place such posts as people being decapitated or such in the same category. These posts really are offensive to humanity! So, if you are annoyed, irritated and exasperated by my Bitstrips, Farmville2, Hidden Shadows or Suburbia posts please feel free to unfriend me. I wont get upset. I wont throw a hissy-fit. I have more than enough friends in the real world to worry about the length of my friend list on here! :D........................And now I sit back and wait to get attacked by the proverbial kitchen knife or be completely ignored.
