Im so Glad GOD doesnt base his Blessings off his feelings or my current circumstances. You see we as humans, have a tendency to change our moods, our minds, and our reactions based on how we FEEL at the present time. In our family devotion this morning, I asked my sons to give an illustration of how a circumstance could have an affect on something. Jeremiah McCall said Well if you come home and the house is in order the way you expect it to be, then yourre happy and playful, but if things are out of order and your OCD kicks in mom, well ALL HELL breaks loose I laugh because hes absolutely right! He automatically knows dont ask can you go anywhere or do anything until the job given to you is completed to my Expectations. God is different, His expectations are high, however he leaves room to bless us in spite of our neglectful ways. GOD gives us privileges in hopes we will do what is required. Isnt that something...He does the complete opposite without basing it on how he Feels even when we sin.......just imagine if we did exactly what GOD asked, how much more would he bless us on top of the blessings hes already willing to give us. ~From the table of Toia~
