Im so OLD, not necessarily confined to Laurinburg, but 63 years old as of about 4:45 pm today . . . I remember Coke bottle caps were sealed with cork under the caps, as were Nehi Orange, Nehi Grape, Red Rock, Sun-Drop, Orange Crush, Grape Crush, Chocolate Soldier, Pepsi, RC Colas, etc., but not old enough to remember Bob Cola being bottled in Laurinburg. A 5 cent Coke and a 5 cent pack of Lance peanuts poured into the Coke made many a 10 cent meal.
