Im so amazed of how some of us will accept a person logical feedback, whenever those feedback are in support of our most idolized views, but whenever the opposite be promulgated, those very same logical feedback are deemed as insufficient in these very said matters. Now should we assume that this is cognitive dissonance, or something far more chronic or deep-seated than we could have ever imagined ? Most humans are of that ilk, including myself, and thats why there has to be some guidelines or rules on how we should engaged each other in dialogues on a whole, but specifically on matters like this. How by the way, whenever youre defending those idolized views, in what way have you tried to execute your defense ?
