Im so criminal minded when it comes to murdering these legs of mine. So what did I do as a finisher for my legs after heavy squats, glute bridges, SLDL and some other heavy thangs??? 3 set of Bulgarian Split Squats, superset with ankle weighted Step-ups. You can do this with or without weight. The key is the go below parallel in the split squat, pause at the bottom then press up thru your heels. Then immediately do lunge style step-ups keeping your weight in your heels as you step up. Do both sets on one side then switch to the other side. #burnbabyburn
