Dear Senator Atkinson, On behalf of the National Black Caucus of State Legislators (NBCSL), I would like to invite you, as a leader in your state, to NBCSL on the Hill, which will take place Tuesday, September 23 –Thursday, September 25, 2014 in Washington, D.C. We also invite you to attend NBCSL’s Legislative Business and Corporate Round Table meetings, which take place on Friday, September 26, 2014. NBCSL on the Hill fosters dialogue between NBCSL leaders from across the country with members of Congress, Administration officials, and other national stakeholders. NBCSL on the Hill will consist of policy sessions to hear from national experts on various topics and dialogue with members of Congress and the U.S. Senate on both sides of the aisle.
