Im so excited to be hosting my 1st Diet Bet. If I know ANYTHING about weight loss it is that I cant do it on my own! SUPPORT is so important in this journey of the rest of our lives. I will be here every step of the way to find answers to your questions, cheer on your accomplishments, help figure out where you might be getting stuck and most importantly doing it with you! I finally decided to host a bet because I wanted to get support to lose 4% before I turn 40!
