Im so excited to finally announce a very special project Ive had up my sleeve for a while now!! A few months ago I was asked to help with the vision and strategy for a marketing campaign involving a new nightlife venue in the Gaslamp. I was obviously thrilled as Im most creative when I truly understand an industry inside and out. From Red Rope Reviews to WaveHouse to VIP hosting at the top venue in SD - I learned a little about nightlife experiences and entertainment. One thing I DID NOT want to do was put out the same old promoter hype that usually goes on when a club is about to open. Luckily Carlos Becerra Louis Pelliccia Dannielle Marcos Becerra were open to taking a risk and doing something unique and off the wall - so we went for it. We thought, whats the one thing people in San Diego have been asking? They have all been wondering - Whats going on with that club? (the club on 6th & Broadway) Well they have been pretty tight lipped about the project but that is all about to change TODAY. Once you subscribe to the #WUWTC website you will truly get a behind the scenes look at what it takes to put together one of the most elaborate, beautiful, elegant and innovative venues in the world. Not only will you get to hear inside details about the decor, lighting, sound, djs and the name of the venue (eventually) - you will also get to meet some of the people whose passion have brought this vision to life. PLUS The most important thing that they told me they wanted to focus on for this new venue was the aspect of #customerservice and delivering an experience that will make all the clientele feel like they are at home. These guys thought of EVERYTHING to make sure that the experience at this venue is everything people could have dreamed up. One universal experience that all humans love is the feeling of genuine relationships. The exceptional people who I got to know as clients and who turned into friends taught me so much about the importance of meaningful relationships. They made me realize how important it is to spend time with people who lift you up. They end up becoming #influences in your life. The VIPs I met were not the spoiled douchebags people might think of when they think of nightclubs and bottle service. They are in my eyes #Legends and they arent sitting at the table next to you because they had everything handed to them, its quite the opposite. They are people who have persevered, come up through challenges, taken risks and they have become who they are today because of the incredible value they offer everyone they come in contact with. So we chose to feature them at WUWTC instead of just talking about ourselves. I think its a testament to the exceptional caliber of people you will see at the venue and restaurant when it opens. So - have fun checking out the site and watching the intro video - expect some amazing things ahead.
