Im so glad the World Series is over. Now i can get to sleep at a reasonable bedtime. The games left me too hyper and awake even though my body was very tired. Spent today sending manuscripts to fiction and poetry contests. Sometimes I wonder why I bother. So, poet and fiction ffriends, what is your opinon about sending out ms. and fees to the contests in such places as Poets and Writers Magazine, and Writers Digest, etc et al??????????????????? /Some of my writer friends say that it is silly to do so because the odds are so infinitesmal against winning anything?? What say you??
