Im so grateful for my miracle workers in my life. Last week, after re-injuring my ankle, Calina Kung, a busy physical therapist, mom and wife, drove 40 MINUTES to my home to help me with my ankle! And I was able to make it through the week with minimal analgesics (dont like to take too much of that stuff- bad for the liver.. and other organs) because of her. Then, Aziza Jewelry sent me a surprise gift of a healing anklet to wear that was made out of special stones and wires to help facilitate healing. Ive been wearing it ever since. And its made a difference. Then, today, I finally go to my sports medicine chiropractor, Dr. Paul Walton (who is AMAZING but who was on a much needed Mexican vacay last week so I couldnt see him), and he works his magic mojo on me too. I feel almost normal (no pain, just a little tenderness at the ankle with NO PAIN KILLERS AT ALL) at this moment!!!! Hallelujah! Im making my comeback, yall!
