Im so happy I am NOT the friend who screws over MY friends. However, if I am your boss AND your friend, I have to do my job first. I now understand why we are not supposed to be friends with our employees.. Danny Gallardo you were right.. I do something Im told I have to do, and get treated like shit for it. You know... If you(not directed at Danny) were my friend to begin with youd understand business is business and my being your friend has nothing to do with our relationship as manager and employee...I do my job regardless. Unfortunately sometimes that means doing things I dont want to do as a friend, but as your boss I have to. That doesnt effect our friendship unless you allow it to. Im not gonna give anyone special treatment just because were friends.. Im actually harder on my friends than I am on regular employees because I do not want it being said that I show favoritism for anyone.. Therefore I dont. If this offends you so be it.. The guilt trips so Ill feel bad, are only gonna piss me off because you and I both know I was doing my job... Thats bull shit...
