Im so proud that I never felt like being a girl was a limitation. I had some amazing people around me that made that possible. I once asked my mom to write some advice on raising girls for a friends baby shower. She wrote that she never looked at it as raising a girl or a boy but rather as raising a human and nurturing their personalities and giving them limitless love. I am not a mother but I hope that what I do and who I am may help young women see that #likeagirl doesnt equal limitations.
