Im so sore.... I almost lost my voice last night... Its been 9 years since I used my coaching voice... for two hours... LOL Its been nine years since Ive squatted that much showing how to field a ball.. How to throw a ball and some pitching.. I knew I was going to cease up last night. Sandra hasnt pitched in nine years too and she looked great. We were both surprised how fast she got everything back. It only took a few pitches and throws to look like she just stepped off the mound. Shes been thinking of playing again and has been invited to play on a Masters team going to Australia next year. I had a good number of kids show up last night and there is some talent out there. I could not believe how hard these kids were throwing... especially for mites (U-10) and squirts (U-12). I was disappointed that no Indian kids showed up...I had a lot of interest and comments that they would be coming. Equipment and $$$$ shouldnt be a problem. I didnt charge a couple kids and even got them a couple gloves from Sport Central for them. I would do the same for anyone else. But no one. Oh well....
