Im so sorry Ive been neglecting this page so much! Please forgive me. Emmalyn has been doing so good. She is scheduled for a sedated mri and abr (hearing test) at the end of July. She doesnt seem to be showing signs of a shunt malfunction. She recently started physical and occupational therapy. Shes started picking toys up when she drops them and takes her keys from you when you dangle them in front of her. She has recently discovered her love for her kick and play piano play mat. She still cant see much but we have noticed that her eyes are getting better. Ive recently downloaded an app on my tablet that is supposed to help her vision. She actually looks at it and somewhat follows it. Shes gotten so big and is usually so happy. Lately though shes been a bit fussy. We think its just teething though since she has a molar on each side poking through.
