Im so sorry everyone! For the second time in 2 years, my mail is being stolen. Ive pulled my pics and calendars from my website until we get this straightened out. I drop them off in big bundles for media rate, and they go to the distribution center in Huntsville, Texas. Thats where they got lost. Please send me an email to jill@jill-blonde if your pics or calendars didnt get to you. I make $ ZERO on these photos so Im going to have to take a loss on the re-sends, so PLEASE, Im begging you, this is the HONOR SYSTEM. If you say you didnt get a pic (*from Nov. 1, 2013 - Feb. 28, 2014), Ill either approve a PayPal refund automatically or resend your pic(s)/calendar. Im keeping track of every order and turning it into the post office as a claim so please be honest! Also, be warned, my administrator is checking the claim list against the VERIFIED transactions so if I get any emails claiming non-delivery and you are NOT on the list, I am blocking and banning you. Unfortunately, when the pics/calendars go back up on my website, I am going to have to include an additional charge for Tracking Numbers which will be passed on to you at cost.
