Im so sorry to post this… Not our usual happy fare. This is happening here?? These pups were outside Ladysmith I hope you all know that if you EVER encounter something like this you CALL the SPCA. 250.746.4646 (Duncan) or 250.758.8444 (Nanaimo) and give them the ADDRESS and REPORT THEM. You. have. to. report. them. Dont tell your friends. Dont put out a post on Facebook. Go to the people who have the authority to do something!!! I dont know anything about this other than what is in the post, so dont ask me anything. I dont know exactly where, I dont know who. I dont want anyone naming names or speculating on THIS case. Its just…. this isnt out there somewhere else. This is in our own backyards. If you ever feel uncomfortable about something you see regarding animal care, call the SPCA and speak to them. Have a conversation! CARE!!
