Im so thankful to Rajesh Naidu for inviting me to Minds eye. I saw number of paintings of different themes. Intreguing themes, depicting old Indian Art form, Prostitution, Music, Famous people, Nature, Pictures of their loved ones, etc. Every Artist had put their heart and soul into their work (it was so evident the way they were grinning) . There were different styles of paitings like Tempera, Impressionism, Abstract and so much more. I also realized how ignorant I am, in this captivating world of Art. Im truly enthralled to meet all the Artists who put up their work today and thankful for they helped me understand their work. And honestly, the most amazing part was when I met the Teachers. OMG! Im simply short of words. This experience totally smashes the stereotype that Artists are not intellectuals. I met some very beautiful people today who have such deep understanding about life and they ARE more than intellectuals. Thank you for such a wonderful event! loved it!
