Im sorry but I just dont understand the logic of our government officials here in the State of NH. They want to repeal the death penalty but reassure the people of NH that it will not affect the sentence of Michael Addison. The man killed a cop - and the people (jury) came back with a guilty sentence and he was sentenced to death. Do they really believe that other cops will not be killed in the state? Police Officers put their lives on the line every day. If the punishment is good enough for Michael Addison, why is it not good enough for someone else who decides to pull the trigger on someone who serves to protect us?
