Im sorry but this bothers me a little. (Prepare for a tiny rant that might make some of you get butt-hurt) Why is it such a big deal that In God we trust is not on the coin? Why is your religion more important than others religions or non-believers? This nation was partly founded upon the idea of freedom of religion (and freedom from religion). So why shove your special little God in every non-Christians face every time they just try to use U.S. currency? Im not hating on Christianity... because I wouldnt like our currency to say, In atheism we trust either. To some people, the motto is offensive, and some of you wonder why. But if the motto was In atheism we trust or something, youd be offended to. Its not a big deal, so get over it and stop acting like children! Its not like youre forbidden from reading The Bible, or going to Church, or praying, or anything like that. Its just four simple words on a slab of metal worth barely anything. Quit acting like its more important than everything else in this country.
