Im standing with farmers like Jake Schieferstine of Oneida County against a new federal rule that would have the EPA regulate naturally occurring puddles and ditches. The last thing our farmers need is another regulation that lacks common sense. The red tape and fines that come along with the EPA could push farms out of business for no good reason. Doing business in upstate New York is difficult enough. I will work to see that the Administration doesn’t implement this new regulation, which would cost us jobs when we need them the most. uticaod/article/20140528/NEWS/140529404
