Im starting a new stretching programme this week. To begin with Ill be spending around 20-30 minutes, 3 times a week holding isometric stretches. Its mainly aimed at my lower body but there will be a few upper body ones in there also. This will be completely separate from my other workouts. I certainly require the benefits stretching will provide and Im sure 99% of people could do with doing a bit more too. Have you targeted an area of weakness in your training? Are you actively working on improving it? Let me know. Always interested in what everyones up to !
