Im starting my clinical Preceptorship soon, and I would like tips on how to be successful, maximize my experience, and impress the nurses and other staff in a professional and knowledgeable manner. My clinical instructor said this is when we are going to make the biggest impact on people as far as making impressions and possibly creating opportunities related to finding a job in the acute care setting.
