Im still at the hospital but I figured Id take a little break and update everyone. Laura is still scheduled to be moving out of here sometime next week, probably around Wednesday. She had a minor incident today. She was sitting in her wheelchair after physical therapy and the nurse stepped out for a minute. When she came back in Laura apparently had been trying to get in the bed by herself and fell out of the wheelchair. Luckily she was wearing her little helmet and doesnt appear to have been hurt. However, they are monitoring her vitals and blood pressure every couple hours. I was told this afternoon that the rehab places, that I preferred, are not in the TRICARE network. Tomorrow I have to change my plans and go search out a good rehab facility thats in the TRICARE network. Of course, nothing is close to home. The closest facility, and one thats halfway decent is in Griffin. The others Im going to go look at are probably going to be in the Decatur, near Emory, area.
