Im still speechless with the UPSR question papers being leaked through Whatsapp and some internet websites. Science paper - leaked Mathematics papers - leaked English papers - leaked This has caused nothing but trouble to the students, teachers and parents of Malaysia. Havent we have enough problems already? The poor kids have to resit the exam papers again. Why is the government, the ministry of education and the examination board being very quiet about this? They should really do something to prevent the same thing from happening again and again. Some people claimed that this has happened decades ago (Some say 40 years ago, some say since 1984) But most people kept quiet about it. This is what is wrong about the administration of this country. We the people should be very vocal about it and demand that such an idiotic offense be stopped once and for all. As a Malaysian teacher, I feel ashamed of myself that such a thing could happen. Its obvious that the suspected teachers who leaked these questions are trying cheat their way out in making sure their students achieve higher marks in the exams. If this keeps happening, would you as a parent trust the teachers anymore? Would you trust the ministry of education anymore? Would you trust the examination board who create, distribute and mark the papers? And the worst question of all, were most Malaysians exam results faked and cheated? If its true then, we all should be ashamed of ourselves for allowing this to happen. No wonder theres no respect for teachers. Having low integrity and worst then petty criminals. They just give teachers a bad name. Not all teachers are bad, you know. Some really fought day and night, tooth and nail and are fully committed in producing high quality human capital. These good teachers sacrificed a lot of their own personal time and energy for the sake of saving the future of this country. But this, this is beyond stupid. Come to think of it, no matter what kind of methods used to prevent or reduce these problems, they will never go away. Malaysia is a country famous for bad, shameful and stupid things caused by crazy idiots. So, just add this to our countrys pile of shame because Malaysia has truly sink to another new low for this year 2014. I cant wait to see what happens next.
