Im stocking up on these waist trainers from now because I dont intend on having a huge waist long after my Sugarz get here!!! Before you embark*....Waist training is not for the faint at heart..it is a bit uncomfortable at first and to see the full extent of it you are required to wear it for 10 to 12hrs a day....some ppl gym in it...but I dont particularly advise this...as you need more air when you are gyming...there is the sports trainers...waist training is a lifestyle just like eating healthier....so the more you combine all three the greater the result...I have clients who sleep in theirs it is addictive when you start seeing the results....
