Im super excited about my puzzle themed classroom management tools! 1st...a community building puzzle each kid decorates a piece with a picture of what they want to be when they grow up, we put it together and hang up in room! 2nd ...creating the class rules poster together then each kindergartner will put together their own name puzzle and glue it to our poster as their signature and then have it laminated and hung up! 3rd...and this one is for all you PBISers out there (probably have to be a teacher to know) the class will earn their individual tickets and they will be placed in a raffle jar. The whole class can earn points, for each point there will be raffled off one puzzle piece for the class puzzle which the student can put up on puzzle board which is attached by magnets (gotta love magnet tape!) when the puzzle is completed the class can earn a special prize (extra recess, popcorn party etc). I think these tools will help make the management piece fun and community building!
