Im super excited to announce a new class YOGA FOR NEUROLOGICAL CONDITIONS that I will be offering as of January 2015 at the Bridge & Enrich Lives Society. The class will be BY DONATION and is intended for individuals who have Parkinsons, MS or ALS. Im looking to connect with healthcare providers - OTs, pain clinics, doctors etc - who can tell their clients and patients about this. As many people incur financial challenges when they become ill, classes such as this can be a great service, not to mention how it can help improve quality of life, well being and physical comfort.
