Im supposed to be flying out from Gatwick on Saturday, but not looking forward to it from what I have read on here and my recent experience trying to communicate with them after they got another £110 on top of the other £100 when I amended my booking. Their website terminology is highly ambiguous and misleading. As for their response to my letter about this, they took over 2 months to respond and it was a total knock back and no compensation/gesture of goodwill. This airline was recommend by Which? magazine, so I am going to contact Which? and put them straight on this shabby outfit of an airline.
