Im sure glad that in the midst of a budget emergency, were still finding billions of dollars for a fleet of submarines that will almost certainly float around in circles for a few years before being decommissioned. Makes me feel safe from incredibly remote harms. As opposed to those actual harms which have materialised, which we cant find the resources to properly tackle because of the budget emergency.
