Im sure many of you have seen the images from earlier tonight. But for those that havent, tonight is Perimeter Christian Schools Father/Daughter dance. It is every girls dream and every dads delight! Obviously, Tim couldnt make it and was very disappointed, as was Jaden. For those that know Jaden well, youll totally appreciate this. She actually found a beautiful dress that she was excited to wear! (Usually I have to beg, borrow and plead to get her in a skirt! And for once, she wasnt begging to wear basketball shorts! : ) Which by the way, Im not complaining about in the least. Trust me. Good hygiene is all I care about.) But I digress; back to the story. Jaden hid this dress from Tim for the last month. She got sad for a moment and then bounced back with rescheduling dinner and a movie with dad later. As if that isnt enough to make me tear up, Patrick Moody stepped up and took Jaden as the third princess on his arm! He even brought her a corsage! Now, Im sure she still missed dads presence. But on the other hand...she gets a date with Knight Moody, one of her BFFs Bailey Moody and her totally adorable little sister Emmy...and a second date with Tim later. I think its a win/win today!
