Im sure some of my friends will question my selfies my body pics. See when you have insecure asses use your weight as a target to try to make you feel belittled in life and a son who used to say my butt was like pancake cheeks, and when there was a heavy girl on a tv show and your dad says theres Tiff....you tend to appreciate how much your body does transform from your hard work. Today Im thankful for the haters because it fired me up to a lifestyle change. When I state lifestyle Im stating living healthy not just fitness & nutrition but, my mentality, my self love and respect and it becomes a dominoe effect. In every area with friends, family. Im not perfect, I never aimed to get thus far, but in still going strong, I will not let myself go back. I truly hope to inspire others it is possible. #enjoythejourney
