Im sure some of you have seen the article from Forbes floating around, but for those of you who havent, the grotesquely high 3.3 billion dollar deal Apple spent buying the headphones Beats by Dre made a lot of sense today as it was released that Apple is officially getting rid of the standard headphone jack in all of their devices. Any Apple product from now on will require Beats headphones and a special headphone jack that will work exclusively with Apple products. In other words, those nice 300 dollar Bose headphones you bought wont work with your next iPhone or iPod. To add insult to injury, those Beats headphones really dont sound good.
