Im taking a guess that its a bit of a no news day so far today! For the record I have been working as Self employed and filing my own self assessment forms for 8 years now and to date the only thing I can guarantee each year is that I manage to get the calculation wrong somewhere , yet HMRC are good enough to point out the error of my ways and calls have been exchanged to rectify the situation (although 2012/13 seems to be giving out headaches all round) ...... At no point have they (nor Any local MPs) suggested that I return either my O level nor my A levels in mathematics - pure & applied that I almost worked hard to achieve !
