Im temporarily hiding that long post from earlier. I dont mean to imply that I am insensitive to peoples needs, and of course, I ALWAYS welcome emails from friends and colleagues, and I help people out as much as I can. And I am grateful for the help people have given me. The problem I have is complete strangers dumping their clinical history on me, saying, What do you think? and then getting abusive when I say I cant help them, or dont respond soon enough. Understand my position here; I cant be everything to everyone all the time and still have a (sane) life myself. Having a difficult time right now, need to make some tough decisions, and I just need space to breathe. Ok.... need a break now.
