Im thankful for my roots and foundation in Jesus Christ! The times that I blew it, its not because i didnt know any better,but it was a choice that I made. Ive been taught right from wrong, and Im THANKFUL that I can feel conviction in my wrong doing. Im thankful for my family, church and Friends, your environment shapes who you are and who you will become. Im thankful for Gods hand being on my life after all of my past and present issues, I am because He is. Im thankful that selling out is not in my makeup. People love to keep you where they met you, and thats where the problem comes in. Im not who I used to be. We should all be growing everyday. My growth may not be at the same pace as yours but, its growth. Sometimes its a hard pill to swallow when you see that the relationships youve built with people whom you have love for is slowly diminishing due to your paths in life. If it were up to me, I would stay connected with everyone who has impacted my life in a positive way, and some I do, but when God says the season is over, You have to be obedient. Anything consumed out of season will make you sick.(literally) I got love for everyone but sometimes you have to move forward.
