Im thankful for the same exact thing Im thankful for every single year. And that something isnt a thing that I publicize once and completely forget about the rest of the year, until its relevant and everyone else is doing it. In fact, its not even an it; more like a She. I am ever so thankful every second of every day of every month of every single passing year for my Mother. You know, every single person that has entered my life has came and went, leaving me behind in one way or another; but my Mom has never done that to me. She has always been at my side, even when all I wanted to do was push her away... I could use her more than ever right now, and this year is going to be the first that we cant be by each others side, so tomorrow is going to be an incredibly hard one for me. I may break down a lot tomorrow, or I may want to be alone, but those who will get to see me; please just stay. Just for one day I need family. Every other day, Im fine with being alone, because it know I have my Mom. But tomorrow is going to be rough... But she will and does want me to keep my head up, plow through all the madness and utter depression, and just laugh. So for her; I will. I love you, Mama. And youre the only reason I even have to be thankful. Im thankful for you and I am thankful that you made me who I am today. I love you to the moon and back.
