Her experience includes 20-plus years within high-profile organizations implementing and facilitating management and leadership development programs, creating leaders and change agents to develop cultures of communication and engagement. Her specialty around life story coaching uses the neuroscience of behavior, discovering and developing the leaders voice for the sake of positively impacting the bottom line, while building leadership talent and legacy. Her training experience includes Achieve Globals Leadership suite of programs: The OZ Principle, Mission Driven Interviewing and Ken Blanchards Situational Leadership II, and the Bigger Game workshop created by Rick Tamlyn.
