Im the kind of boss who treat my writers as my partners, not my employees. This kind of treatment did me well. I gained a lot of friends and our team accomplished more than 200 projects in 6 months. But now, the downside of being a boss is slowly kicking in. I have to fire one writer because of something valid. To make it short, she does not help our team grow, she just adds extra work and negative ratings too. Being me, being the sunshiny bright, always happy and always nice me, I dont know how to tell her. Shes new in freelance writing. I dont want to crumple her dreams with something negative. Ive been in her place, when I was starting, I know how one negative comment from a client can break you, and it is hard to carry on again after the fall.
