Im thinking I REALLY should have taken this course in school in - Psychology is an academic and applied discipline that involves the scientific study of mental functions and behaviors. I have the hardest time understanding WHY while living in a great neighborhood with the nicest people. THAT I get to live between the TWO that just dont get it. They and there friends think, apparently, that it is ok to walk on NOT there property behind my house to annoy my Dogs and I. We cant even enjoy our backyard:( I have asked them nicely repeatedly and again this morning to not walk back there or have there large uncontrollable dogs with them but to no response. This has been going on for a while now. Just when I think its ok to let the dogs out while watching from the kitchen window all hell breaks loose. WTH????? The 30 plus years weve lived here I have never met two family with ABSOUTLEY no consideration for there neighbors. One lives on Gadsen Road the other on Rose Place REALLY its not that far to walk around the short block. Just pure laziness and rudeness.
