Im thinking about swapping the trim round the sleeves and hood of a linen robe for a trim of a different colour and design. As a more-or-less complete newb to kit-making projects, is that a workable idea, or is removing the first lot going to damage the robe too badly? If not, or if its just a matter of being careful enough - is this a process you could repeat indefinitely? Could this years trim be a thing?
