Im totally against the proposed Guggenheim Helsinki, as it would only serve to channel Finnish art money to an American corporation, without actually benefiting the city or Finnish artists or museums. However, I found these proposals sent to the architecture contest incredibly cool. All of them are way too expensive to ever be built, some photos are set in completely different locations than theyre supposed to, and some of them defy the laws of nature, BUT theyre so cool!
