Im totally convinced that the CAPTAIN PLANET series was crushed in a hostile destroy campaign. A short think about the stakeholders will lead you to this. (particularly big industry large resource extraction companies and their media boss and politician allies) Consider the bad guys on the show. Consider the role of media(even cartoons) and their influence on the way people think.. Its pretty natural that big mining companies and anti-Green political interests would want to put a stop to this. THEN CONSIDER THIS The last decades saw a period of media/network monopolization.. The industry ceased to be an industry of multiple independant networks and now its practically all 2 or 3 companies with the same shareholders that own all the channels.. Remember a few years ago when Discovery and National Geographic got baught out and virtually stopped nature documentaries overnight...?? Ponder that.. Who runs the world - not Beyonce..
