Im training separately a 13 year old & a 15 year old girl and I am having so much fun doing it. They are motivated, hard working girls with great attitudes. We have established and are working toward these goals: • Improve muscle tone and flexibility . Build endurance for sports • Be more confident and improve self esteem • Increase strength • Improve nutritional habits • Make healthy living a lifestyle I will keep you posted of their progress!
