Im trying to be nice, but sometimes you have to let people know when a business is just not doing their job. I recently , purchased cemetery lots from GRANDVIEW MEMORIAL GARDENS.. East Grafton Rd....I purchased them through a transfer of another person. I guess thats where the problem started. I started to buy a package deal from the cemetery for the opening and closing and vault but changed my mind. Wow, from that point on, I have been treated like a hobo off the street.!st a letter arrived, about the cancellation of my contract, written like a two year old in big bold print.. someone lost a commission of the deal and it made her mad. I called main office and received an apology. thats fine, Im ok with that. Then because I did need to pay a transfer fee.. I stopped out to pay. Its over 3 weeks ag0, I have yet to receive the deed to my lots. The man who was working basically told me that his employee always writes like that, and I should of called him. He signed off on the letter.. duh.. well the apology letter written by her was definitely written professional. Well now I have to contact them again to find out where the deed is, considering they cash my check the next day. ok venting alittle to try not to loose my cool over a trivial matter.
