Im trying to figure out the name of this movie I saw when I was like 7. Basically the beginning initiates this kid who was sent off on a chore to visit the market to pick up some tomatoes, but along the way he got taken away by these weird people, and after taken to some courthouse where the judge was this black dude. He charges him guilty of a crime he did not commit, and his sentence is to do slave work at this facility hid deep within this vast swampy area, and the guards that work there are basically half human half swamp creatures, and the only people that are enslaved within this facility are 8-10 year old kids just like the main character. Also, these swamp humanoid things have these guns that when shit at the kids can solidify them in swampy substance. It was weird, but I really want to see that movie again. I just dont remember the name.
