Im trying to remember a book (SF) I read years ago. I thought it was Pushing Ice by Alastair Reynolds but I was mistaken. The part I remember is of people living confusedly in a jungle. It turns out theyre on an interstellar ship that malfunctioned or got lost, and the plant cultures got out of hand and took over huge parts of the ship. They dont know theyre on a ship at first because that knowledge got lost. They should have reached a destination but theyre stuck hurtling through space. Ring any bells for anyone?
